Role:

The Village Inn are currently looking to recruit experienced Full and Part Time bar staff. The successful applicants will be reporting to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering a high standard of service in all bar areas within the premises, anticipating customer needs and being always attentive. The successful candidate needs to have both midweek and weekend availability.

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and passionate candidate to work with us, who is looking to progress their career in the hospitality sector.

To be successful in this job, you should have a strong work ethic as well as excellent people skills. A minimum of 3years’ experience working behind a busy bar.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working behind a busy bar.
• Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• A passion for food, whiskey, premium spirits, and cocktails.
• Experience working under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be highly organised with an eye for attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to late nights & weekends.
• Reference essential.

Immediate start available

Salary DOE must be available to work late nights & weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: From €15.00 – €18 per hour

Expected hours: 40- 45 per week.
